Dear All,
We are using WMB v7 with us-english option. Since the decimal separator in US verison is dot (".") , then passing a comma(",") as decimal separator causing a problem.
Could you please help us how to change/specify the decimal separator configuration in WMB ? We have not found any thing at MessageSet level , however it is possible to configure in broker level ?
Thanks in advance..

Just to add - in MsgSet level we can configure the decimal separator for TDS message format the decimal separator can be configured Physical Properties -> Tagged/Delimited String Format Details -> Numeric Settings -> Decimal Point.
But my message is of XML format , how to configur ethe decimal separator for XML Wire Formats ?

You can change the default properties for the TDS and XML formats on the Message Set itself.
I do not believe that you can change the default properties for the TDS and XML formats for *all* deployed message sets in a given broker or execution group or even BAR file.
And none of this will affect anything that is not parsed using MRM.
And you should not be using MRM to parse any XML data, you should only be using XMLNSC. |

You cannot. Most XML formats use the XML Schema type system because it avoids problems like this. You can always treat it as a string and convert to a decimal in your message flow using ESQL CAST or a Java method. |
