Hi,
I have an issue in deploying the flow on to remote broker.
I added the broker which is in remote into my local domain by remote distribution between the configMgr QM and the remote broker QM.
Broker is running fine but the issue is with deploying.
Registered the broker UUID to the configurationManager, but still not able to deploy the flow.
Error:
BIP2051E: Broker DEVBROKER (UUID c32885e5-df9a-4b6d-83fa-af13f2e0d6c0) could not process an internal configuration message to completion, the problem was caused by 'MQSeries Message Descriptor - PutApplName contains bipconfigmgr'.
The configuration message could not be processed and was rejected.
Use the inserts within this message to determine the cause of the problem. Correct the broker's configuration and redeploy using the Message Brokers Toolkit, mqsideploy command or Config Manager Proxy application. Contact your IBM support center if you are unable to resolve the problem.
Could you please suggest, if anything i missed.
Thanks in Advance. |

Are you using a V7.0 Broker? If you are then it will not work with a ConfigMgr. The ConfigMgr was removed in V7 and you should connect the Toolkit and Message Broker Explorer directly to the broker. |

Hi nukalas,
Its not the matter of Broker version and the nodes used in the message flow, i asked.
My question is "how could he able to find it easily on seeing the error". Whether he 2 came across the same type? because i couldn't find it. So, asked him of curiosity. |

Because a v7 broker doesn't expect a deploy message from bipconfigmgr and probably would produce an error message like yours.
And no, I've not seen this message because I read the v7 documentation & didn't try to administer the v7 broker with a v6.1 config manager because the documentation clearly states it won't work. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

I thought its only the matter of Broker Version.. beacuse in 7.0 there is no configmanager as earlier said..
And when I go through that documentation.. I didnt see that Error Message.. |
