Hi All,
Can anyone pls tell me about the ASSYST problem management tool.i.e right from issueing a ticket and resolving it.i want the complete details i.e in and out of that tool.either u can give me the link where i can get that information either in ppt or pdf or .doc

Is ASSYST a WMQ-specific problem management tool? If not, why are you posting here instead of General Discussion, and why are you asking for people here to spoon-feed you? Does your site not provide you with information or training on how to use this tool, or are you chasing a job somewhere that requires knowledge of it? If the former, kick back on your management to provide information or training; if the latter, this is NOT a training site so go and do some research - we're not here to do your work for you!
