Hello,

my client shut down the direct connection to WBI SAP adapter server and I am using a VPN connection now. When I try to connect, I get an error message on ODA agent (running on the server) saying that it could not connect to an IP address.

That IP address is the local address of the underlying network connection of my workstation, not the one the VPN client is using.

It seems Business object Designer issues a command equivalent to ipconfig, picks up the first network connection instead of finding out the local communication address in some more proper way. Then it sends that ip address to the server.

Does anyone know if it is possible to configure the local communication address for Business Object Designer?
