Please help us to help you:

Is this base v6 or have you applied maintenance?
What version of Windows are you running?
Has it previously been running an earlier version of WMQ?
What user id are you using to create the queue manager?
What errors exist in the Windows event viewer?
etc
etc
...

Most importantly what have you already tried to fix this? There's no point us suggesting something you've already found doesn't help.

Equally importantly, why v6? It's out of support next year. You should be installing v7 (though this may or may not help with your problem).

Log in/on, and try the crtmqm command from a shell. What happens?

Apply maintenance. Don't use the base.

Which one? Vista comes in a number of versions and not all of them (noteably Home) support WMQ

Don't be obtuse!

Alright, so what user id is the Eclipse IDE running as?

And what does this file have to say for itself?

Go to a c: prompt on the server. Type the dspmqver command. Post the results.

How about the answers to the other questions? Ideally with more accuracy.

You still want to consider a more recent update of this soon to be obsolete software. Though this probably isn't causing your problem.

Please do not post the whole FDC file, just the head of the file is sufficient...I've edited out the extraneous stuff.

EDIT: Especially as it contains detail which identifies your organisation - at least redact it next time.

Have you tried Googling the Probe ID etc.? Lots of hits for it.

Also you've not answered the other questions asked of you (especially the one I got cross about). There's a reason I asked...

Maybe. This is what we were trying to lead the OP towards; as an associate rightly says:

"Give a man a fish you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish you feed him for a lifetime".

Wise words.
