You must have been using one of those fake Chinese Google sites then. Have you even tried the Migration section of the Info Centre of the current version?

Weird it didn't pick up the "migration" section in the WMQv7 documentation.
Weirder still you didn't notice it.

Type "I want to migrate from mq 5.3 to 7.0" in Google. Hit the search button. The very first hit is exactly what you need.
Maybe your copy of Google is faulty; ask for your money back.
