We are just testing it , i tried to stop the Qmgr on Active Instance( which is showing as running else where) but the result is like this
endmqm -s QM2
AMQ8146: WebSphere MQ queue manager not available.

It sounds like you don't have the file systems working correctly.

stop both instances?

When i tried to end Qmgr using endmqm QmgrName in Server 1(Active) it says
AMQ8146: WebSphere MQ queue manager not available.

and in stand by
AMQ8368: Standby instance of WebSphere MQ queue manager 'QM2' not ended.

And for the 3rd and last time before you get moderated, stop posting questions on old threads.

There are plenty of recent threads you can fail to add any value to.
