How to send same message to 'N' no. of sub flows at a time.Can any point me on this........

If subflows to use are only determined at run-time, you should use Labels.
In a Compute node, fill the label list in LocalEnvironment.
Then RouteToLabel node.
Prefix all your subflows with a Label node.
