I configured the client side certificate label and DN as follows:

However, myid is a domain ID. Should I configure the label and CN as
DOMAINNAME\myid ? |

No.
The label should be "ibmwebspheremqclientid"
Typically I would then have
CN=userid, O=company name, OU=dept or with multiple OU's you can set up a chain...
The rest looks fine
