I know this has been addressed before but the problem I have is as follows:

1. I get one message with a few 1000 rows, delimited by "Line feed only".
2. I need to split this message into batch of 100 rows with the first 2 rows of the original message as header in each of these files.
3. I dont need to identify the fields in these rows but treat the entire row as one field.

I do not have WMQI v 2.1 to use PROPOGATE. I use v 2.0.2.

Am I better off doing this outside MQSI?

Please help me out.

I don't think that you can do it in v2.0.2 as:-
- If you try and do it with a loop inside a flow, you will run out of stack space;
- If you loop around a flow, it will take forever.

We implemented a "FANOUT" flow, but we had to ask our data source to limit the groups to 200 items each go (to get around the stack space issue).

I've had similar problems and have basically split the messages either before or after the broker.

no other way unfortunately.
