I have to interface my WEB application with AS400 using MQSeries. Could anybody please point me to any code examples for asp or asp.net? Thanks a lot.

MQ installation has some examples that you might check out.

tools\dotnet\samples\vb

Also search through this web site, you would find lots of discussions on this same topic.
