Has anyone ever tried to add a MQMD header node successfully with the CCSID 819.

IF yes, what is the option we have to select for coded character set id attribute in the properties page of the MQMD header node ?

You can manually insert the value '819' in the property. I mean in the Message Flow Editor Properties.

You don't have to choose one of the pop-up values.

I have already done this through code...but since IBM tool has provide MQMD header node, I thought this option would be available.

Guess it is not there.

As mqjeff tried to explain, you can just enter 819 into the CCSID field on the MQ Header node directly. Have you tried this?

You can manually type the value '819' into the CCSID property of the MQHeader node.

There isn't a presupplied pop-up value for 819, unless it happens to also be the same value as one of the presupplied Constants - perhaps the one that means "use the qmgr ccsid".

But you don't have to "do it in code", you can just "do it using the property on the MQHeader node".
