Hi,
We have MQ client installed on windows machine (WINDOWS 2000) which will connect to MQ server and put the messages.
It was working fine till last week, all of a sudden when we call the program to put the message it says MQICCBB.DLL is missing, then I copied dll from (c://programFiles//WebshereMQ//bin) and pasted it where sending program placed.
Now it is returning error as 2012 stating
Your client code starts receiving MQRC_ENVIRONMENT_ERROR from a MQ call.
When I checked in Google it says you need to increase semmnu in your system, unfortunately here MQ client is running on windows I have no idea how to fix this one, can you plz help me out.

Was it working fine on the same machine or did you move the application to a different machine for testing?
If the dll is missing then the MQ Client is either missing or improperly installed. As with most Windows applications, just copying a dll onto the box doesn't work (Try just copying & pasting the relevant exe & dll files for MSoft Word then see if it will run). Reinstall the MQ client onto the box & try again.
