Hi All,

I was wondering if there is a way to restore the messages to the queue which were read from the queue.

Thanks.

If your application did a destructive read MQGET, and not an MQGET with BROWSE, then there is no WMQ facility to restore the message to the queue.

You can restore the message(s) only when they exist !!
When Queue depth would be zero.. how would you restore them !! ( Either ask the appli. to put them again OR take a backup of msgs in a file somewhere or in a queue )

if these messages were persistent then they could be recovered using ReQuest from the sponsor of this site...
