Hello,
I'm having my input mesage set as CWF for AS400 box. My message broker can receive inputs from two diff as400 boxes.
1st box will pass the message + one addition string field
2nd box will pass the message without the new additional string field.
When processing messages from 1st box, the flow works fine as the new field in mxsd is having the value.
When receiving message from 2nd box, parsing error comes as the new mxsd field doesn't receive any value.
is there something i can set in the new field in mxsd, for something like default value. if value doesn't come space or something be assigned automatically to avoid parse error.
The flow works ok with parsing warning in debug, but fails when run without debug.
Please suggest as i'm very new to WMB.
TIA

What are the errors? They will be in an event log somewhere. If you take a user trace that will also show you a lot about the parser errors that get hidden when you are using the debugger.
If you can't decipher the errors, please post ALL the errors in the trace output here (in Code tags please). _________________ WMQ User since 1999

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions. |
