I have written a java program to send e-mail notification in case the MQ queues gets filled. I am using Performance Events to do this.
I am using MQ trigger on SYSTEM.ADMIN.PERFM.EVENT Q and I am running runmqtrm trigger monitor process.
This trigger monitor lost connection with the Queue Manager for some reason and I did not get any notification.
IBM WBI ICS is the broker that consumes the messages from the MQ queues. I am totally under dark and do not know why the trigger monitor failed. Can anybody help, please.
Thank you,

Did you use a client trigger monitor or a server trigger monitor ?
Did you use trigger every or trigger at first ??
Remember that if for any reason the queue should be get(disabled) you will not get any notifications. If the monitor is no longer running you will not get any notifications.... etc....
