Hai
I have a MQSI installation on Linux. It is said by IBM that is has only the broker and not the configuration manager or the control center on Linux. I want to know whether there is a way in deploying a message flow into the Broker without using a Configuration Manager.

Pls forward any comments on this to the below mentioned mail ID
parthiba_s@yahoo.com

Thanks and Regards

Configuration Manager and control Center is only available on Windows NT/2000 platform.

You cannot use a broker without the Configuration Manager, so answer to your question is No.

Amar,

Linux version of MQSI 2.0.2 is "Technology Preview". They don't have any plans to make it GA.

IBM say's
Quote:

Please note that although IBM is very commited to the Linux platform, currently there is no fixed plan to make this Technology Preview release generally available.

There is only "best-can-do" type of support available for this product via Email only.

So .... stick to AIX platform.
