I need to check the timestamp of the files from the mqsiarchive directory. But it adds the timestamp based on UTC(GMT). I need the local timezone there. So is there anyway to change this?
I posted some code that might help you.
As one reply there says, if you are using V7 then this shouldn't be a problem. _________________ WMQ User since 1999

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions.

Any help is appreciated...
Thanks
Why would you want to? Local time is just for reading convenience. GMT time is just as accurate and has the advantage of not being plagued by those pesky little changes such as DST, especially when they occur at different time and date across the globe. And avoid you having to log 2 events an hour apart at the same time because you just moved from DST back to STD, or logging two events an hour apart when they in fact occurred mere minutes apart....
