Hi, can someone help me finding qm.ini file in windows, i am basically looking for configuration parameters of a queue manager and a queue.
I know its in /apps/var/mqm/qmgrs in unix. i am looking in windows.

No such thing in Windows. These values are stored in the registry. Use MQ Explorer or the amqmdain command to view / change the values. _________________ Peter Potkay

The kind of things that are specified in an .ini file on UNIX are set in the Windows registry.
I have my doubts that you really need to view the registry - although you might be curious.
You can look/inquire on those same settings and values using the WMQ Explorer or amqmdain utility. Take a look at the WMQ System Admin manual for amqmdain control program. If you've browsed the registry before, you know that it is a mystery - not clear text, like an .ini file. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.
