Well I guess you mean the MQAX200.DLL - this is available in the bin directory of your MQ installation. No need for a separate installation.

I need to download MQ ActiveX on the client side to communicate to a standalone MQ server. Is this just installing MQ client or is there a separate MQ Active X download?

Don't know. Have you tried installing a client and taken a look to see if it's in the bin directory?
