I have installed MQ 7.0.1.0 Server on a windows 2003 cluster and I am getting below error when testing with a sample xms program.

After installing MQ 7.0 , I also installed IA9H pack.

I did the same install on the Test server last week and it is working fine.

Exception caught: System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for ' IBM.XMS.Client.WMQ.WmqConnectionFactory' threw an exception. ---> System.IO.File NotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'amqmdnet, Version=1.0.0.3, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=dd3cb1c9aae9ec97' or one of its dependencies. The
system cannot find the file specified.
File name: 'amqmdnet, Version=1.0.0.3, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=dd3cb1c9aae9ec97'
at IBM.XMS.Client.WMQ.WmqConnectionFactory..cctor()

Any thoughts on what could be the issue ?

No need. MQ 7.0.1 includes XMS.

Do a search for IA9H in the WMQ 7.0.1 Announcement Letter:

If this is a new install apply FixPack 7.0.1.1 on top of your 7.0.1.0 install.

Thanks for the info . I did notice XMS dll included under the bin directory.
I will apply the 7.0.1.1 fixpack and see if this resolves the issue.

But, before I do that any thoughts on what the issue might be ?

Looks like a partial or failed install.

If you're going to install 7.0.1.1 anyway, then hopefully this solves the problem.

Thanks. Upgraded to MQ7.0.1.1 and that resolved the issue.
