Hmmm. More like off topic or unrelated to our mission, I'd say.
We get occasional o/s, COBOL or database questions - not necessarily involved with MQ. I'm guessing (hoping) that they are I/T newbies, unfamiliar with Google, but not spammers. Spam is in the eye of the beholder. (Thoroughly rinse the affected eye with tap water. Contact a health care provider.)
At Christmastime last year, someone was selling moccasins here. Less frequently, we might get obnoxious rants of some kind. _________________ There are two types of people in this world:

When I saw the first one, I didn't think it was spam but off topic, as you say.
But when I saw the second one, with identical text but for minor changes, you can see it is not a genuine question because of the differences in the second question.
I'd recommend removal?
Cheers,
