Does anyone know if using the FTP feature of WMB 6.1 fileoutput node will work with a .netrc file?

A .netrc file is used by FTP to load credentials and perform some automatic FTP commands.

The question is would the FTP operation from WMB 6.1 use a .netrc file if one was present in the brokers home directory?

(Obviously I can try it out but in case anyone knew...)

Almost certainly not.

But you can use mqsisetdbparms to set ftp credentials.
