What CSD is your V5 install at?

Remember that V5 is out of support. You won't get any PMR's fixed.
Why are you still using V5 especially trying to use a Default config?

You're wasting your time by doing anything with v5.

It's entirely out of support and the only effort that should be spent with it is migrating it to version 6.1 or 7.
