• Provide technical direction / support for a team of developers tasked with creating stable, predictable and effective Message Broker components.
• Develop, maintain and enhance Message Broker Components and Tools required to provide stable environment.
• Work closely with Change Management, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance to ensure full compliance with Cardinal Software Development Lifecycle process and standards.
• 24x7x365 reliable support that leverages collective resources to meet service level expectations
• Strong development experience using IBM MQ Family tool sets including IBM Message Broker V6.0, IBM MQ V6.0 and IBM WBI Adapters.
• Knowledge of integration patterns and the role of IBM Message Broker in integration.
• Must be able to demonstrate strong knowledge in standards / technologies that enable messaging, including XML, WSDL, SOAP, JMS, HTTP, SSL, etc...
• Experience with DataPower appliances would be a huge plus
• Object oriented development experience using Java would be a plus.
• IBM Message Broker & MQ configuration, installation, and administration experience would be a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

In my personal experience yes. I couldn't even get an interview there. 
Perhaps they were concerned about my interpersonal skills....
