run mqsilist remotely from vb.net app

Hi there.

Id like to run a remote mqsilist command on an AIX box from my windows desktop based vb net application and get the results back into the vb net app.

Im not sure which direction I should be going down.

Essentially I want to manipulate this data and present it in a more user friendly format.

If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

Message Broker does not provide any mechanisms to run mqsi* commands against remote machines, nor run them remotely.

Actually, scratch that. You might look at IBM Support Assistant or Support Assistant Light for Message Broker. (It might actually be 'Lite')

Looks like Message Broker Version 7 includes the functionality to run mqsilist remotely. I might just have to wait until we upgrade

Unless anyone has any other tools / tips on how to analyze mqsilist output remotely from my Windows box?
