Hi
I dont want to read a file each time. The flow should read the file only once and it should store the values in SHARED variable. That file may contain only configurations like user defined properties.

Then why not use the user defined properties that come with WMB, i.e. use the facilities provided by the software rather than trying to write your own?

It's considered bad practice to try and force configuration files into WMB. Unlike many other packages it's doesn't like it. It's not an app server or a web server.
