Hi,

I'm new to this forum but i've been reading it for quite a long time now.
I'm working as an IT architect for an automotive manufacturer.

Is there any way to duplicate messages directly in MQ (from one queue to another) without using a broker flow ?

Thanks,

Reed

Then you must have seen some of the previous discussions on this - it's been a popular topic over the years.

Once again I remind all readers that mirrorq is a sample exit not intended for production use, so it should be reviewed and adapted to local site standards.

Oh quite, I was simply underlining the point. There is an urban myth that mirrorq is part of the WMQ product and is as reliable as an MCA; I am sworn to quash this.

It's odd that people believe that mirrorq is part of WMQ, given that (as you correctly point out) people sell alternatives to it.

I'm sorry I tried a search but my keywords were not so accurate.....
Thanks for answers !

When asking, I had in mind something about copying the messages with some MQ mechanisms.
I now see that using pub/sub can be a workaround.

I'll try to investigate more in this way
