Hi,
We are trying to put a big message by enabling the message segmentation in MQMD parameter in the application. The configuration details are - application connects via a server connection channel. The maxmsg length in channel is 5 MB and the maxmsg length in the queue is 10 MB and QMGR maxmsg length is 10 MB. When I try to put a message of 7 MB it fails with error message MQ Data length error.
Could you advise how to put a message of bigger in size than the channel maxmsg length.
When we try to post a message of 15 MB by increasing the maxmsg length in the channel to 50 MB it works, message is segmented in the queue.
