Thanks for the link to the other thread. I read the documentation and that was a good introduction. I understand that the company I am working with really needs to tell me what the type of encoding they are sending otherwise it is a crap shoot trying to figure it out.
What I still don't understand is how/where to specify the type of encoding in order for the XMLNSC parser to work properly. What does the Parser look at? Is it the Code Page in the MQMD header, or the XML encoding declaration, or something else?
