Hello,

I intend to have 3 environements (dev, test and prod ) each one independant : i.e each environement with its own Config Manager and its own broker.

My question below concern the Control Centers.

On the licence point of view, I suppose I have interest to install the minimum number of Control Centers.

For the dev environement, I don' t have really the choice : each developer must have one Control Center installed on its machine to do his work.
For the test and prod environement, It could be possible to use the same machine with one Control Center in test and prod environement with a NT test user for the test environment and a NT prod user for the prod environement (different from the NT test user).

Could you tell me if this organization of the Control Centers seems to you correct and is worth doing ?
If this organization seems correct, I would like the test user not to be able to deploy on the prod environement, how could this be implemented ?

THANKS FOR YOUR HELP !

Not sure whether number of Control Center installation has any effect on licencing cost. Could you confirm this?

You could restrict dev user from connecting to QA/Prod environment by using a pair of Security Exit programs. Please see WMQI Admin Guide for more information on this.
You could also control the access to QA/Prod machine by not assigning dev user-id's to mq* groups.
