Hi,
I was running some processes and i found that the execution server stops abnormally. When i tried to start the execution server manually(fmcemain) i got the following message "Segmentation Fault(coredump)".
But after some time the execution server starts working. i am running MQWF 3.3.0 with SP 4.0. I heard of similar problems with MQWF 3.2.2 but not with MQWF 3.3.0.4. Pl share u r views
I have seen the same problems with 3.3.0.0. It seems that the fmcamain server is monitoring the execution servers. If one should happen to crash then fmcamain will automaticly restart the fmcemain servers. I can't seem to find a root cause to the fmcemain server crash, however the new version seems to be much more stable.
P.S. The fmcautil utility will allow you to start and stop the execution servers via a menu dialog. _________________ Dave Krier
Hi ,
I tried to start the execution server using "fmcautil" . but it didn't respond.
I found "coredump" produced during this time but unable to read the content. Any idea about how to read the coredump ..
example line in the "core" file
