Info on how to create a Multi Instance Broker and QM if you are at MQ 7.0.1 and WMB 7.0

That's really nice


I have a question here,
If we migrate to WMB/WMQ v7.0 if the queue manager fails over to other node how does the client connect to it, do we need to create the resource group and assign the service labels to them?
