Suddenly, today, there are no entries in my transfer log. FTE has been running for weeks/months without presenting THIS problem to me.
I've recycled the coordination queue manager, thinking it's probably a memory issue and that might free some up, but that didn't work. I can't recycle the system, ALL MY FTE STUFF IS RUNNING THERE... and it's a production system.
Ideas? _________________ "Don't take life too seriously... you won't get out of it alive..." |

Well, I DID, in fact, recycle that system this morning, to no avail. I'm still unable to see anything in the "Transfer Log" view in my MQ Explorer.
Any ideas, anyone? _________________ "Don't take life too seriously... you won't get out of it alive..." |

Got a tip from the developers.
Apparently, I had to remove the subscription associated with the Transfer Log, recycle the GUI, and then re-subscribe (for FTE, it was a simple reconnect to the QMGR). This fixed the problem, both on a local connection to the qmgr (the server) and a remote connection (my laptop).
Seems to be better now, but odd behavior, just the same.
Also, about six days worth of transactions never showed up. _________________ "Don't take life too seriously... you won't get out of it alive..." |
