This happened three times already.

I found after I stopped one msgflow in the Control Center (Operation tag) and it could start again itself. I don't understand why. Is there a timer in Broker to control this?

My brokers are in the Solaris. Is there anyway (command in Unix) to check one particular msgflow running or stopped? I remeber you only can do it from broker level not even execution group level.

Anybody come cross this? Any idea or solution of the best way to control each msgflow in broker?

Many thanks.

I found what caused the problem.

It happens after I deploy a new msgflow in the excution group, all the stopped msgflows in the same execution group will start run again. I don't understand why. The new deployment has nothing with those stopped msgflows. Why are their status changed from STOPPED to RUNNING? I think it must be a bug in the current release (WMQI2.1+CSD2). I don't know if this is fixed in the CSD3. Does anybody know?

Regards

As far as I remember, brokers worked similar, independently from version and platform. However, this may be a bug, but nobody open a PMR.

We have opened a PMR on this issue, IBM does not have any solution for this , they are working around this problem now.

If you do a delta deploy, then the message flows will not be restarted.
