Hi,
I am interested to see experts response this design.
I have a requirement where WPS posts request Message to WMB on Queue and then WMB will make an Webservice request to another application.
This application will then give multiple response messages by calling a webservice hosted on WMB. Then WMB will aggregate these responses
and then replies back to WPS.
For this I am considering to use WMQ Queue to persist the messageID from WPS and also to store webservices response message from the application.
Later in another flow I use collector node to correlate the response messages with WPS request message. Is there any other better way of doing this.
Kindly suggest.
Thanks. |

here,
Understanding the correct requirement is important. I got certain queries to understand the requirement
1. Why the end application is sending intermediate response to WMB. Do the single response is segmented into multiple response by end application
2. Do these intermediate response contains status of the intermediate milestone of the order journey. If yes how much these intermediate milestones are important for the WPS orchestrtation or the customer.
3. If case 1 is your requirement, then what you are doing seems to be correct. If case 2, then you need to be very careful in your design. _________________ Regards,

Thank you for the reply.
Yes, the end application is sending different message type in each response message, which has to be aggregated before sending reply to WPS. |
