Hello,
Can i define a time to live of all messages on a queue on websphere on zos or it must be specified by applications?

I have seen all parameters of DEFINE QLOCAL command but i was not able to find it.

It must be specified by the application, which is the only thing that knows how long the message is valid for. Just like persistence and priority, which are set by the application not the queue. This is true on all platforms, not just z/OS.
