Hi,

There is requirement to move Production MB 6.0 Broker to another Production server.(physically 2 different servers!!).

We use Web Services and MQ to communicate with Front end/backend and 3rd party.(all are 2 way connections )
Also we use Itemfield Content Master for mapping.(just to externalize mapping from broker).
Database id DB2 v8.1
Since the production is directly getting moved(some silly guy who wanted to save money!!!) without any test or dev, that makes this very critical.

Can anyone tell me the best approach/tips& tricks or any minor things i am likely to miss out?

FYI: I am doing the Impact analysis for this work.

I can think of thes topics on a very high level:

1. Reconfiguring Channels/MQ
2. Reconfiguring Webservice URLs
3. DB2 migration issues
4. ContentMaster data movement
5. Broker &Config Mgr creation/migration
6. Replying Msg Flows/Msg Sets preserving all bar file properties

Correction: point 6: Redeploying Broker Artifacts as is.

All Obejcts are in AIX, Server configuration remains same for both servers.

MQ version is 6.0

We also interact with shell scripts/crons etc!!!
