I have several resource groups on an MSCS cluster. I have MQ installed along with the MSCS Cluster Support Pac. In each resource group I've: created a qmgr on a resource group disk; created a virtual ip address for the resource group; and created a generic application resource to start the queue manager.
Queue Managers on remote systems will need to define sender/receiver channels to specific queue managers on the MSCS.
I'd like to continue use of the default port for the definitions so that each queue manager listens only for server connections to the queue managers virtual ip address.
Has anyone setup MQ on MSCS so that multiple queue managers can respond to connections on the virtual ip address using the default port?
