We are using websphere mq 5.2 . And we have numerous queues running .

Is there a way looking at queue ,where this queue connects to?
Like remote IP, port, target queue name, and any other
details .

We have all system SVRCONN channels and 2 custom channels

Regards,

This is so far out of support it's not funny.

Queue's don't run, even under v5.2. They have no runtime component.

In the same way they don't run, queues don't connect to anything. By looking at the queue (in the usual way) you can deduce how the message is being routed.

SVRCONN channels are used for client connections (inbound) so are irrelvent to your question. I don't know what a "custom" channel is, but if you've customised the software you're the only people who'll know what it's doing.

Upgrade.

You might want to try dumping the objects using the MS03 SupportPac, if you're not sure about how to interrogate the objects via runmqsc etc. Also, please do as my illustrious master suggests, and upgrade - quickly!

Edit: and out of interest, what is the platform?

Gee, it was even called MQSeries back then. It wasn't part of the WebSphere product family until 5.3.
