We are trying to upgrade mq client from 5.3 to 6.0.2.5. It goes ok upto instal option. when we click install, it fails.

1. On the Select Setup Language window, select the national language of your choice from the list, then click OK.
The WebSphere MQ Client Setup window is displayed.
2. Click Next to continue.
3. Accept the license and go to next step.
4. Choose the type of installation process as “Update” to install the same features as the earlier version and click Next.
5. Here it will ask are there any SSL certificates existing in present 5.3 version. Select NO and click on Next.
6. The WebSphere MQ Client Setup window displays a summary of the installation you selected.
To continue, click Install.

It fails after the install is clicked.

Any idea?

Also, can we generate an instalation log for client installation?
