I have tried this under both RFHUTIL V6.0.0 and V7.0.0. I logon with my userId and did a loadname, there is no name showed in the Queue Name drop down. However, if I specify the Q name (for example MYLQ), I can browse the queue.
If I logon with a userId that belongs to the mqm group, I can see all the queues after I did a load name.
So I think this has to do with authorization. What specific user authority do I have to give to the user running the RFHUTIL in order to see all the queues on the queue name drop down ? Is just browse good enough?
But why is MYLQ not showing?

You probably need to give permissions to run an INQUIRE QNAMES PCF Command.

Which you probably don't want to do.
