I’m looking for a performance/load testing tool which could produce some stats on Request/Response scenario. Can anyone help please?

Any of the usual tools can do this, depending on what you mean by "some".

From my experience, you need a tool that supports the MQ Server and/or Client protocols, and can create a script that PUTs and GETs messages to your MQ queues over one of those protocols.
The only product that I know that does that is LoadRunner (based on participation in a IBM Messaging Conference BOF on the subject).
You could check out the Mentora's MQ Accelerator, which is a LR add-on that eliminates script development time and gets you testing quickly.
