I'm getting this error while trying to get a Domain connection:

BIP0915E: Message Broker Toolkit unable to communicate to Configuration Manager.

Reason: WebSphere MQ queue manager can not be reached.

Queue Manager, Configuration Manager and Broker are all verified to be running.

Can anybody help?

The queue manager may be running, but is its listener running? Can you ping the queue managers server from the one on which the Toolkit is installed? A bit of basic fault diagnosis first would also give us more information on which to formulate a response.

Make sure you gave the right SVRCONN channel name and the port number (ConfigMgr's QM) in your Domain connection settings and also make sure you ping the ConfigMgr's box.
