Hi,
There are some stale application handles on the queue.
dis qs(<q name>) type(handle) all
Here some of the PID's displayed, do not exist at all.
Is there any way to remove these stale handles without recreating the queue or restating the queue manager?
Thanks in advance,
Prasanna |

Which version of WMQ are you using? _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |

Before others say it,
WMQ 5.3 is out of support. Please upgrade to V6. I don't get this with 6.0.2.6 _________________ WMQ User since 1999

Unlucky! No other way to do it other than a restart (as far as I am aware). _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |
