I got the uuid of all the msgflow deployed in a particular execution grp from BROKERRESOURCES table. Can i create a control message & send it to system queue to start or stop a particular msgflow. When we issue mqsistartmsgflow, there must be some message put to the system queue.
If same can be generated from the code & put it to system queue, we can get the same result. Can anyone have any idea on the same.

You are correct. You can find the format of that control message in a test machine by "get inhibiting" the "system queue" you were talking about, running the mqsistartmsgflow command and browsing that message at an appropriate time when the broker is not running.

Yes we can perfectly do that technically. But please be aware that IMO, what you are doing is some kind of reverse engineering and "making use of the product in a way which is not intended to" and *may* make your support and licence for the product void. When reading the licence what I understood is that those "system queues" are to be used only by the MB components like mqsicommands, etc and not by any other external programs. This is completely my opinion as I cant understand the license agreement clearly and anyone can correct me if I am wrong.

I don't know about license, but I think using the SYSTEM queues in this way is unsupported. It's also risky in that the behaviour of such things is not guaranteed to stay the same between versions & levels, so you could come unstuck without warning.
