Hi....

Please resolve the issue

Scenario: We hit the input SOAP message to the flow using HTTP Input node.Then v call stored procedure in compute node using the values of I/P message and response is send back to end app using HTTP Reply node.

Problem:When the DB is responding slow (say sending response in 10 min) our flow wait for the response meanwhile the HTTP Reply node send time out message to the end application and our flow still waiting for response from stored proc.

we don't want compute node to wait for response for more then 120 sec.

Is there any method to stop the waiting for response after 120 sec.

use JCN to connect to DB and set the query timeout on the callable statement.
However, if your DB has such performance issues / large stored procs , the better design would be a queue based model and probably something async in nature.
there have been other discussions here on how to timeout from a stored proc call. Search the forum and you should find more info.
