The documentation says: Subscribers issue subscription registration requests to their local broker when they want to receive published messages. All the information associated with the subscription is recorded by the broker in the broker's. But what will happen if a large number (lets say 250,000) of client applications register subscription requests to a single broker. Does anyone know if there are limits to the size of the subscription table in the broker, and if so, what are the limits?

i think (do not have supporting documents though) that the limit of database will apply here, if any

but yes... the performace might decrease with increase in subscription count...
