Depending on the version of broker you are using you could use the XMLNSC domain to validate the message.

Try reading about this domain to learn more about it.

It is 6.1.0.4. I am not talking about Namespace validation. I need Field level validation like filed-1 should have values "A" otherwise throw exception.

Can I validate this at entry of the XML message using XSD, where I mentioned the value of the field-1 is only "A".

Thanks for sharing the information..

What did your searches into the XMLNSC domain tell you?

Yes, of course...
1. Define a Message Set proyect and Message Set
2. Import your XSD->Message Definitio File(Rigth Clic over MessageSet...New...Message Definitio File From...)
3.In you MQInput set
-Tab Input Message Parsing:
-Message Domain: XMLNSC
-Message Set: your Message Set(Step 1)
Tab validation
-Validation:Content and Value
-Failure Action: Exception List
END
