Hi

1. What is the difference between MQ server version and client version ?
2. If suppose my MQ server version is in a Unix Box and the Weblogic Server is in Different Unix box. Then I need the MQ Client version in the weblogic server box ?
3. If both MQ and MDB (Running in Weblogic server) are in different box then for XA I need etclient.jar on both Machines ?

Please assist me

I'm probably misunderstanding your questions, but they appear to not be Weblogic specific but general MQ questions.

Have you tried reading any of the MQ Manuals to understand about MQ and how it works?

The "Library" link at the top of the forums will take you to the documentation. I would start with the "Overview" and then move on to reading probably the Clients section to explain what a client is and what it does, and "Intercommunication" to explain how to make MQ talk to things.
